Transition Youth Program

You will be provide with excellent experience educators to prepare you for self-advocacy training, pre-employment, employer/employee workforce, career preparation training, building your resume, interviewing skills, practice mock interview, how to dress for success and land your first job.

We work with students ages 14-22 that meet eligibility for special education services through either a 504 Plan or an Individualized Education
